THE ETHIOPIAN TABLE
Ethiopian dining is a shared experience. Every meal is served on a single round of soft, tangy injera — the bread that is also the plate, the utensil, and the bond between the people at the table. Tear a piece, scoop a bite, pass the platter. This is how we eat. This is how we welcome you.
Soft, slightly tangy teff flatbread fermented in our kitchen.
